Usage method::
1. Connect the probe to the electric control box, connect the power supply at the same time, and preheat the machine for 10-15 minutes. At this time, it is better to put the probe on the black standard plate.
2. Zero calibration: place the probe on the white standard plate, adjust the zero calibration knob on the host, so that the host digital display is 000.0, and the allowable change is ± 0.1
3. Calibration standard value: put the probe on the white standard plate, adjust the calibration knob of the host to make the value displayed by the host consistent with the calibration of the white standard plate. The allowable variation ± 0.1 shall be adjusted repeatedly once (zero calibration and calibration).
4. Measuring RB value: move the probe to the black working ceramic plate with the sample, and the value displayed on the display is the RB value.
5. Measuring RW value: move the probe to the white working ceramic plate with the sample, and the value displayed on the display is the RW value.
6. Calculate the contrast ratio (coverage ratio) = Rb / RW × 100%
Description:
The reflectance tester produced by our company is a special instrument developed for the chemical industry such as coating, pigment and ink to implement international and national standards. It can be used to measure the covering power of paint film. The instrument is composed of a probe, a main body, a standard plate (one black and white), and a working ceramic plate (two black and white).
The probe adopts the principle of 0 ° irradiation and diffuse reflection reception.
